Shipping Policy

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all orders across India, with no minimum purchase required.

Order Timeline Orders are processed and packed within 2–4 days and delivered within 5–8 business days, depending on your location.

Need It Faster? — Within Delhi NCR

Gift Hampers & Custom Orders We prioritize gift hampers and customized orders for fast-track delivery, ensuring they reach you within 24–48 hours. Please note that we accept a maximum of 2 floral hamper orders per day to maintain our quality standards.

Regular Orders Standard orders may also qualify for the 24–48 hour express delivery window, subject to product availability at the time of order.

Delivery Charges Delivery fees are calculated based on the actual delivery distance, fulfilled through our hyper-local courier partners (such as Porter).

BULK & EVENT ORDERS

  • Handmade Process: Because every product is handcrafted one piece at a time, bulk quantities require additional preparation time.

  • Production Window: Standard bulk orders require 7–14 business days for production and packaging, depending entirely on your total order volume.

  • Custom Curation: For corporate gifting, wedding favors, party favors, or workshop kits, please reach out to us well in advance to lock in your timeline and custom pricing.
