At D.UNSS Garden, every piece is handcrafted with full attention and love. We take great pride in the quality of our products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
Because our products are handmade, personalised, and made to order, our return policy is specific and clearly defined below.
1. What Can Be Returned
We accept returns only in the following cases:
•        The product arrived damaged due to transit mishandling
•        The product received is different from what was ordered (wrong item sent)
•        The product has a manufacturing defect that affects its use or appearance significantly
To be eligible for a return, you must:
•        Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
•        Provide your order number, clear video of the unpackaging damaged or incorrect product, and photographs of the original packaging

2. What Cannot Be Returned
The following products are not eligible for return or refund:
•        Personalised and customised products — name candles, quote candles, custom bouquets, or any product made specifically to your order.
•        Products that have been used, burned, or altered in any way
•        Products returned without prior approval from D.UNSS Garden
•        Products where damage is caused by misuse, improper storage, or accident after delivery
•        Products where the return request is made after 24 hours of delivery
•        Fresh floral bouquet orders — these are perishable and cannot be returned
•        Gift sets and hampers that have been partially opened or used
•        Sale or discounted items unless they arrive damaged
All our products are handcrafted, which means minor variations in colour, texture, and finish are natural and not considered defects. Each piece is unique — this is the beauty of handmade.
3. Refund Process
If your return is approved, here is how refunds work:
•        Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days of receiving and verifying the returned product
•        Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, or bank account)
•        Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
•        For damaged products where a return is not practical, we may offer a replacement at no cost instead of a refund
We will keep you informed via WhatsApp or email throughout the refund process.
4. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the eligible item (as per the conditions above) and place a new order.
